Partner Terms
Business terms for moving partners and referred service providers

These terms govern the partnership between MoveEasy24 (comparison and referral portal) and registered moving or transport companies. MoveEasy24 does not perform moving services.
§ 1 Definitions
Platform: the partner portal operated by MoveEasy24 (dashboard, lead marketplace, wallet, documents). Lead: end-customer inquiry data for moving/transport. End-customer contract: contract solely between partner and end customer.
§ 2 Subject matter
MoveEasy24 refers contacts and provides the technical platform. The partner purchases leads after approval. MoveEasy24 does not guarantee contracts or revenue.
§ 3 Mediator role
MoveEasy24 is not a party to the move contract. Quotes and invoices to end customers are created by the partner. Prices on the platform are non-binding estimates.
§ 4 Registration and approval
Registration is free. Approval follows review of company data and required documents (e.g. business registration). No partner dashboard access until approved.
§ 5 Leads and distribution
A lead may be offered to multiple partners (max. 5) unless stated otherwise. A lead is deemed provided when unlocked in the dashboard. Lead prices are visible before purchase.
§ 6 Fees and wallet
Costs arise from lead purchases and booked add-on services. Billing via partner wallet (prepaid). Services may be paused if balance is insufficient.
§ 7 Complaints
Lead complaints are possible within 48 hours (e.g. invalid contact data, obvious fake requests, double charge). Refunds are wallet credits, not cash.
§ 8 Privacy and lead data
Lead data may only be used to process the inquiry. Sharing, selling or permanent storage without purpose is prohibited. The partner is controller for their own processing towards end customers.
§ 9 Partner obligations
The partner must operate commercially, provide truthful information and process inquiries promptly. Spam, multiple accounts, scraping and misleading advertising are prohibited.
§ 10 Quality and suspension
MoveEasy24 may suspend partners for violations or refuse approval. There is no entitlement to a specific number of leads.
§ 11 Liability
MoveEasy24 is fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability only for cardinal duties, limited to typical foreseeable damage. No liability for partner services to end customers.
§ 12 Term and termination
The partner may request account deletion at any time. MoveEasy24 may end the partnership for good cause. Wallet balance is subject to conditions shown in the dashboard.
§ 13 Changes
MoveEasy24 may amend these partner terms with reasonable notice. If the partner does not object within the period, changes are deemed accepted.
§ 14 Applicable law
German law applies. Jurisdiction is Delmenhorst if the partner is a merchant, public-law entity or special fund under public law.
